1Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

Welcome to regall88. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the platform, website, mobile app, and all services provided by regall88 ("Platform").

By accessing the regall88 Platform, completing account registration, making a deposit, or using any part of our services, you legally and bindingly confirms that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms contained in this document, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

2Player Eligibility

To use regall88's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at regall88. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all accounts involved, including forfeiture of all balances and winnings.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. regall88 reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) at any time to verify the information you have provided. This process includes but is not limited to:

• A copy of your identity document (MyKad, passport, or equivalent official document)
• Updated proof of residential address

4Deposits & Payments

Regall88 accepts deposits via a range of verified payment methods including FPX, local bank transfers, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and other methods listed in the Cashier section of the Platform.

• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier.
• Regall88 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• All deposits are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are non-reversible once successfully processed.

5Fund Withdrawal

Withdrawals from your regall88 account are subject to the following conditions:

• The account must have passed full KYC verification before the first withdrawal request is processed.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a verified account in your name.
• All bonuses received carry a wagering requirement that must be met before funds can be withdrawn.

6Bonuses, Promotions & Rewards

• Accepting game results as final based on regall88's server records in the event of a technical dispute.
• Not using any automation software, bots, or assistive tools that provide an unfair advantage in games.

8Account Security

Players are fully responsible for the security of their own accounts. This includes:

• Report to customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

9Prohibitions & Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the regall88 Platform and may result in immediate account termination:

• Registration of more than one account by the same individual
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC
• Unauthorised use of another person's credit card or payment method
• Money laundering or any suspicious financial activity
• Use of a VPN or proxy to conceal your actual location in order to bypass restrictions
• Bonus abuse through arbitrage, hedging, or strategies designed to guarantee risk-free wins
• Use of automation software, bots, or third-party tools in games
• Colluding with other players to manipulate games or unfairly obtain bonuses

10Account Termination & Suspension

Regall88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account for the following reasons without prior notice:

• Violation of any terms in this document
• Reports or investigations related to fraud or money laundering
• Failure to submit the required KYC documents within the specified timeframe
• At your own request for self-exclusion

Players may also close their own account at any time by contacting our customer support. Valid balances (excluding bonuses that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player once the verification process is complete.

11Liability Limits

Regall88 provides the Platform "as is" and makes no guarantees regarding the continuous availability or complete accuracy of its services at all times. regall88 is not responsible for:

• Service disruptions due to system maintenance, updates, or technical issues beyond our control
• Losses resulting from the player's internet connection failure or device issues
• Game results disputed more than 72 hours after the date of the event
• Actions by third parties including payment providers or game providers

In all circumstances, regall88's maximum liability to you will not exceed the total amount you deposited in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12Amendment of Terms and Conditions
